The White Heart Safari

An Off-Road Journey into Marble History

Come walk with me into a reality that is as fascinating as it is raw—a world built on the grit and genius of a people who are, and always have been, synonymous with the mountain itself.

Living in nearby Carrara has taught me to observe and to enjoy things using a very special lens, that of art.
Unlike my colleagues, who will describe monuments as finished masterpieces, I insist on revealing the raw material itself—the veins of marble, the living rock—that is the true work of art. For me, every façade, every column, every shrine is a story carved in stone, and that is the marbleous aspect I want you to see.

We’re taking the private, winding, and incredibly steep roads that only we can access, climbing to over 1,000 meters in just a few minutes!

There is nothing quite like the “vertical” thrill of the world’s most famous marble quarries.

Hop into our off-road vehicles with my fellow expert guides and travelers from across the globe. Along this “vertical” climb, we’ll make two key stops inside active quarries of different types. I want you to see the grit of the excavation phases firsthand, hear the technical secrets, and, of course, snap those “marbleous” panoramic photos that most tourists never get to see.

Then, the highlight: we’ll step inside a spectacular underground quarry. Believe me, even the most seasoned travelers can’t hide their awe here.

This isn’t just a sightseeing trip;
it’s about sharing the awe and the “marbleous” emotions of this landscape with the world.
