An afternoon of energy and taste, entirely feminine

The experience I am offering you is an invitation to slow down, to loosen your grip on control, and to reconnect with your vital energy and most authentic essence.
On the eve of Lent—a time traditionally devoted to silence and subtraction—we gift ourselves a space for attentive listening and conscious nourishment: a double encounter that weaves together the well-being of body and spirit with refreshment, discovery, and the pleasure of the palate.

Rei-ki—two Japanese words, where Rei refers to universal energy and Ki to the vital energy present in every living being—promotes relaxation, harmony, and well-being, helping us reconnect with our energy and our most authentic essence.

Reiki as nourishment for the soul, spirit, and body.
Wine as joy, sensory listening, and a quiet celebration of life.
Paola Peri is a wellness and body-awareness consultant & coach, a holistic practitioner registered with SIAF, and a Usui Reiki Master.

Her work integrates Reiki, chakra work, energetic techniques, and mindfulness practices such as meditation, positive mindset, and the search for Ikigai.

The first part of the experience will be a Reiki session, a holistic discipline that will help us reconnect with our energy and most authentic essence. For about two hours, in a quiet and intimate setting, we will be guided through an energetic treatment that works deeply on the body, mind, and emotions. An opportunity to lighten a tired body, to slow a mind that is always in control—or simply to feel welcomed at last, without the need to be strong, brilliant, available, or “put together.

Reiki prepares; wine reveals…

After the energetic work, the afternoon continues at the sommelier’s home, where refreshment is not only about pleasure and conviviality, but also about knowledge. Through stories, aromas, and sensations, we will experience a true wine lesson: accessible, never academic, designed to reveal what often remains hidden—how to read a label, recognize a style, understand what we truly like and why. A way of drinking with greater self-awareness… and yes, also of feeling more confident, curious, and radiant when sharing a glass in company.

Nadia Cavazzini, AIS sommelier, former owner of the refined restaurant Rebacco in Carrara. A leading figure in the Carrara area for tourism promotion, she brings to the table not only food, but wine stories woven from tradition, care, and technical expertise.

H. 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Reiki Session Two hours dedicated to deep listening and energetic rebalancing, fostering relaxation, presence, and well-being of body, mind, and spirit

Transfer to the Sommelier’s home 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Meeting with Nadia – conscious wine tasting in an apericena format Guided tasting of two local wines, accompanied by small food pairings. A convivial and informal experience to discover wine through the senses, storytelling, and shared moments
